By downloading, installing, or using Mayax ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Mayax offers optional Pro subscriptions with additional features:
- Auto Subtitles — AI-powered subtitle generation
- Animated Stickers — 1600+ Lottie stickers
- 4K Export — Ultra high resolution export
- Audio Tools — Record, import, extract audio
- Premium Frames — Animated decorative frames
- No Watermark — Remove Mayax branding
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using Mayax. We do not claim ownership of your videos, images, or any media you import or export. All processing is done locally on your device.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
