helpWhy is the Daily Challenge locked?
You've already played today's set. The Daily Challenge resets at midnight UTC — every player worldwide gets the same five cities, so leaderboard scores are directly comparable. Pro doesn't unlock a second play; that would break the fairness.
helpHow is my game progress saved?
Your account, profile, level, XP, history and friends live on the FullApps backend. Sign in on a new device with the same email / Apple ID / Google account and everything resumes.
helpHow do I add a friend?
Social tab → tap your friend code to copy or share. Your friend opens the link or types your 8-character code into their Add Friend sheet. You can block / unblock from the friend list at any time.
helpHow do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select GuessMap → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
helpWhy does the level feel slow / fast?
Levels use a quadratic XP curve — early levels are quick, later ones progressively harder. Level 50 needs ~24,500 XP, level 200 needs ~398,000. A 5★ round earns 50 XP, max 250 XP per 5-round game. The curve is identical for every player.
helpDoes GuessMap track my real location?
No. The map you see in-game is Apple Maps imagery — GuessMap never reads your device GPS or precise location.
helpHow do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete Account. Your account row, game history, friend connections, bookmarks and any other rows tied to your user ID are removed from the FullApps database immediately.
